Course Descriptions:
The courses listed below are a sample of our most popular. Private and/or customized courses are also available. In each class you will be pleased with our reasonable prices and one of the lowest student-to-instructor ratios anywhere in the state.
CCW Permit Class
This 8-hour Arizona Department of Public Safety/NRA approved
training course is designed to have a great time while satisfying State
requirements for carrying a
concealed weapon. If you are looking for a
classroom setting where you can sit in the back of the room and take
notes, Six O’Clock High LLC is not for you!
Our
informative class covers a variety of topics including the laws regarding the
use of deadly force, mental conditioning, avoidance, real life situations,
safety
and as much live-fire practice as possible.
To be eligible to receive your CCW permit you must be a U.S. Citizen or
permanent resident alien with no felony convictions or domestic violence
convictions
and free of any mental disorders. The written exam, live fire range fees, targets, fingerprinting and all
material needed for the classroom instruction are
included in the class fee. The student is responsible for providing his/her own firearm, 50/100 rounds of
ammunition and holster (with an appropriate belt).
Firearms are available for a
small rental fee. Eye and ear protection required.

Constitution Carry Course
This class is an entertaining and informative 3 hour classroom course designed to familiarize the student with legal and civil responsibility when carrying a weapon.
This course covers aspects of Arizona revised statutes in use of deadly force, shoot don't shoot scenarios, mental conditioning and safety rules that anyone considering
carrying a fire arm should know. Cost is $35.00 per student
“Speak Softly" Family/Group Safety Seminar
Experts agree the single most important factor in surviving criminal
attack is to have an overall safety strategy before you need it. Now,
through a three-hour confidential seminar you can learn the personal safety tips and techniques you need
to avoid dangerous situations, and avoid becoming a victim. “Speak Softly”
Seminars address safety concerns at home, work and other everyday life
situations. Our unique open forum discussion lead by one of the countries
leading crisis experts allows for a free exchange of ideas and experiences that
allow the participant to leave with valuable methods to Prepare-Avoid-Defend
(PAD). This is ideal for families, business, neighborhood groups or any group that wishes
to have a plan for their safety.
This is a three hour seminar; cost is $35.00 per student and can be arranged to

Handgun (101) Familiarization Course
This course is designed for the new gun owner to build
familiarity with firearms; this course will empower the student with the
basic information needed to be
a responsible gun owner. It covers safety, basic weapon
functions, handgun care, cleaning and much more. The student
can bring an unloaded weapon
to the class, or one will be furnished upon
request. This is a 2 hour program that allows the student
to learn practical skills with a firearm. Cost is $35.00
This class can also be scheduled as a private one on one class Cost $60.00 (Call to set up a class time)
Tactical Handgun 1
This three-hour course was specifically designed for
the novice to moderate student who would like to learn basic skills using
a handgun. This course includes instruction on tactical\emergency
reloads, 3 typical malfunctions and basic marksmanship skills. Students are required to bring a semi-automatic handgun,
extra magazines, and appropriate holsters to hold handgun and
spare
magazines with a belt, 200 rounds of ammunition, Eye protection and ear
protection. Cost is $65.00 per student.
Tactical Handgun 2
This four-hour course requires completion of the Tactical
Handgun 1 course or the equivalent. This course is designed for the moderate to
advanced student who
would like to learn advanced handgun skills. This course
includes timed skill building with the three typical malfunctions and
tactical/emergency reloads.
This course will also include timed responses to
various shoot/don’t shoot situations from a variety of positions. Students are
required to bring a
semi-automatic handgun, extra magazines, and
appropriate holsters to hold both handgun and spare magazines with a belt,
300 rounds of ammunition.
Eye protection and ear protection. Cost is $65.00 per student.
